As we grow and evolve, we are looking for an online learning expert to help design, implement, and develop our dynamic online study programmes – in line with our vision, mission, and values.

What do we expect?
- A doctorate or master’s degree in social sciences, pedagogy, andragogy or other relevant field.
- At least five years of professional experience.
- A desire to research and design innovative solutions in online learning.
- A desire to contribute to the realisation of DOBA Business School’s strategy as the leading online school in SE Europe.
- Knowledge of global trends and best practices in online learning.
- Experience in developing and managing international and national projects.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Croatian or Serbian is an added advantage.
- Highly developed communication, organisational, digital, and analytical skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Be innovative and goal-oriented.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Monitoring developments in online learning at home and abroad and proposing improvements.
- Responsibility for the implementation of innovative solutions in the online learning model at DOBA Business School.
- Implementation of educational courses.
- Provide support and training to teachers and online tutors.
- Seeing to international accreditations of online learning.
- Scientific and research work.
- Applying for and managing national and international projects in the field of online learning and participating in internal development projects.
- Other tasks that fall within the broad scope of the position as instructed by the superior.
